New & Exciting Developments On LoseFatAtWork.com!

So lately, I’ve been thinking about how I can ramp up this website and take it to the next level. Updating more frequently is not enough. Putting up more videos and audios is a start, but again, not enough.

So I came up with a radical idea regarding micro workouts.

Instead of talking about what micro workouts are and giving you general descriptions of how to do them, I want to now start doing a ‘micro workout of the week’ club. Each week, I will design and film a unique micro workout that will be posted on my blog. Then, over the course of the week, all of us here at the Lose Fat At Work community can all utilize this micro workout to burn fat at any free moment in our days. At the end of the week, we can rate how good the Micro Workout was and give feedback on how we liked it, what results it gave us, how versatile it was when it came to adjusting it for shorter or longer time frames, and so on.

I think it will be really exciting to start making this site more dynamic like this, and hopefully we can eventually get it to the point where members are starting to write the micro workouts of the week instead of me!

I also plan on adding in some new features to the site regarding diet and nutrition. It’s not quite as easy to apply the ‘Micro’ concept to food as it is to exercise, but I have some good ideas that all focus around time-saving healthy options that allow you to eat and enjoy your diet on your terms, while still losing weight and being in the best shape of your life.

And really, that’s what the ‘Micro’ concept is all about. Right now, in the 21st century, no one wants to live the kind of life where their constraints, commitments and responsibilities hold them back from leading the life that they want to lead. With all the resources and knowledge that we have at our disposal these days, it’s simply not necessary to live that way anymore.

The ‘Micro’ Lifestyle is all about designing the lifestyle that YOU want and making your activities work according to YOUR schedule, not the other way around.

To be able to work out when YOU have free time – not having to make free time to work out.

To eat delicious, healthy food that you ENJOY – not disgusting meals that are too expensive and too difficult to prepare.

To make enough money so that you can spend your time living how YOU want to live – not slaving away for the man.

That’s what the Micro Lifestyle is all about. And that’s the aim of this blog – to bring the micro lifestyle to all of our members so that we can be healthy, happy, fulfilled and in love with being alive each and every day.
