Social support is absolutely critical to making long term sustainable changes in your workout habits, diet plan and general lifestyle.

Let’s face it - it’s tough enough to do this WITH support, so there’s no way you’re going to make it happen alone.

When I discovered this little secret, it totally revolutionized my fitness from that point onwards.
