When are the best times to do workouts? I’m not sure if you’ve done a video about this already. If so, just leave me a link and I’ll be happy :)

Thanks!

There is no ‘best time’ per se, it depends on your schedule and what time of day you feel best.

I know some people that do really well with early morning workouts and some people that do best with workouts later on in the day.

From my experience, there is greater compliance if you do your workout earlier on in the day, before you get bogged down by work/school/kids/other responsibilities and lose your energy for your workout. But you must be careful not to do anything that involves spinal flexion or heavy loading of the spine within the first hour of waking up.

So the best thing you can probably do is get up early, do a few errands or relax for a bit and then go hit the gym before you have to do your main daily activities. Takes discipline, but I believe it’s the best way.
