As of late, I’ve been somewhat busy with my offline business which has caused me to post far more infrequently than I should be. This will be ending soon, I promise you. i am 180lbs wanna lose 20lbs in next 2-3 months is that possible with this diet and all your exercise training. I have already started some and it rally feels quite effective i plan to continue always and have already cut a few things from my diet and introduced water a lot especially be bed first thing in the morning and before meals… would really love to learn more… please assist thanks in advance..

Hi Tiberra!
To answer your question, YES it is absolutely possible! And it’s not that hard either. If you follow your diet and make sure that you’re eating well 90% of the time and doing metabolic resistance training 3-4x per week for 30 mins each time, you should be more than fine. If you have any specific questions I’d be happy to answer them, just post them below!
