I always tell people that one of the most important aspects of your fat loss success is ‘the inner game’.
What do I mean by the inner game? Simple. I mean your mindset.
Sure, you have to do the right stuff when it comes to exercise and nutrition, but if you don’t have the mental tenacity to keep on going when the going gets rough (and believe me, it will) then you’ll never get anywhere.
And I find that to be a huge problem with many of my personal training clients. They keep on beating themselves up every time they make a mistake and end up falling off the wagon time and again.
ENOUGH!
If you’re struggling with keeping yourself upbeat, motivated and believing in your success, you need to watch this video RIGHT NOW:
You CAN succeed and you WILL succeed!
I believe in you. Your friends and family believe in you. All that’s left is for you to BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!
Today is a brand new day. Get your mind feeling positive, upbeat and ready to rock.
Because today is the first day of the new you, and damn does it feel GOOD!
Take care,
Yudi

Yudi,
It’s been awhile. Solid post as always. Your mental state plays a huge role in your fat loss success. In my recent post I talked about goal setting and how it pushed me over the hump and propelled me to where I am today with regards to fat loss.
I believe in goal setting so much that I’ve incorporated it into other aspects of my life. Keep up the good work!
Mike

Your absolutely right, state of mind plays a huge part in achievement of personal goals and the maintaining of motivation which keeps you on track. Small failures are healthy and should be accepted as part of the education and self improvement process. A person should not fear going forward slowly, only going backward fast!
