Unless you’ve been stuck under a rock for the last couple of weeks, you’ve no doubt been bombarded by hype for the new G.I. Joe movie.
I haven’t seen the movie yet (I’ll wait ’til the DVD comes out and my wife and I can get it on Netflix) but there is one HUGE lesson that I’ve taken from the movie already, before I’ve even seen it that is massively important for fat loss and healthy living.
This lesson is actually something I learned a while back about how Navy SEALS operate, and ever since I heard it it has profoundly affected the way I live my life.
It’s not about the hardcore methods of exercise that they use or anything like that. But it is something that you have NEVER thought of before and yet it vitally important if you are to be successful in changing your body and getting the physique that you want.
Want to find out what the secret fat loss tip from the G.I. Joe movie is? Watch the video below and all will become clear.
This is a massively important concept that you need to put into action if you want to lose fat successfully.
Make sure that you are always in the red zone where possible, and at the very least in the yellow zone. And most importantly, never let yourself be a white zone fat loss zombie!
Always stay mindful of what your goals are and the actions you are taking to get there, and success will come to you sooner than you think.
Take care,
Yudi

Hey Yudi
Nice video and it’s a great way how you use the awareness level used in Navy Seal. Definitely with you on the awareness, you can’t possibly achieve any fat loss goals without being awared or in control of your environment and yourself.
